Returns: Due to the custom nature of digital printing, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order specifications.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, we will offer one of the following options:
Reprint: We will reprint the order at no additional cost.
Refund: We will issue a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage or defect.
3. Order Discrepancies
If you receive a product that does not match your order specifications (e.g., incorrect size, paper stock, or design), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, reprint the order at no additional cost.

Please note that colors may appear differently on different monitors and devices. We strive to match colors as closely as possible, but we cannot guarantee an exact color match. Therefore, we do not accept returns based on slight color variations.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files, such as typos, incorrect formatting, or low-resolution images. Please carefully review your files before submitting them.
